SciFi Collector have now announced that the first wave of Torchwood action figures should be available off SciFi Collector in just five days time, the 12th of November 2008, and will be sent to the people who ordered right away. General stock should follow in a few weeks, but you can still pre-order and be first in the world to get these figures. The first wave of Torchwood figures include a figure of Captain Jack, Gwen Cooper, a Weevil and the Cyberwoman.
BBC Magazines has now kindly sent the Tardis Base the cover and details for Doctor Who Adventures issue 89 which was released yesterday. This weeks issue gives you all the information on the Doctor's daughter. The cover can be seen to the left and below is the press release;

A new trailer is now being shown for The Sarah Jane Adventures The Mark of the Berserker part one and two. The trailer shows a glimpse of Maria and Alan Jackson, who left after The Last Sontaran. You can see the trailer below;
The trailer also features a strange slug-like creature, set to feature in part two of the story, which will be shown this coming Monday on CBBC and the following Monday on BBC One.

The BBC Press Office has now added the synopsis for The Sarah Jane Adventures The Temptation of Sarah Jane Smith part two. The episode will follow part one. You can see the synopsis below;
Clyde and Rani, trapped in a devastated alternative world with the survivors of mankind, make a desperate bargain with The Graske, in the concluding part of this two-episode adventure.
Then Rani travels to 1951 to help Sarah Jane, who has been reunited with her long-lost parents. Sarah Jane needs to defeat the Trickster - but will the price she has to pay be too high?
The Temptation of Sarah Jane Smith part two will broadcast on the 24th of November at 5.15pm on CBBC and on the 1st of December at 4.35pm on BBC One.
Last Friday, the first series of The Sarah Jane Adventures got its premiere in Austrailia, beginning with the first episode of the series, Invasion of the Bane. The remainder of the series will air on Sunday night's at 6.30pm on Nickelodeon Austrailia. The series one boxset is also looking to get a release in February 2009 over in Austrailia, and it will see its release over here in the United Kingdom and Ireland, this coming Monday.
The cover and the inside of the Austrailian version of the Doctor Who Series Four boxset has now been revealed. The Supreme Dalek is featured on the slip case of the boxset, whilst the Doctor, Donna and Captain Jack are on the main cover of the boxset. The boxset features six disks and a booklet, and will go on sale in Austrailia on the 3rd of December at the price of $99.95. The United Kingdom version of the boxset will be released on the 17th of November at the RRP of £69.99.
Engraved heavy-weight metal, fully functioning and complete with a chain is the brand new limited edition Fob Watch, seen in the Doctor Who Series Three episodes Human Nature, The Family of Blood and Utopia. This product is a limited edition of 2500. Each watch will come with it's own numbered certificate each personally signed by Sir Derek Jacobi who played the Master in Utopia. SciFi Collector have now revealed images of the first wave of Torchwood figures in their packaging. The packaging falls into line with the Series 3 'look'. The first wave of Torchwood figures includes a figure of Captain Jack Harkness, Gwen Cooper, a Weevil and the Cyberwoman and they are all expected to be released later this month, each at the RRP of £9.99.
Tonight the third episode of the new series of 8th Doctor audio adventures airs. In tonights episode called Brave New Town, the Tardis arrives in a sleepy seaside village and the locals are oddly repetitive. This adventure will broadcast at 6pm on BBC Radio 7 and will later be repeated at midnight on the same channel. If you miss it you can listen to it for the next seven days from here after its original broadcast. Brave New Town is also available on CD now at all good shops at the RRP of £10.99. Brave New Town is written by Jonathan Clements and guest stars Derek Griffiths, Nick Wilton and Adrian Dunbar.
