The 63rd issue of Doctor Who Battles in Time was released today in all good newsagents across the UK and Ireland at the price of £2.50. This issue comes with a usual packet of Devastator cards, plus a packet of Ultimate Monster cards. Inside the issue you can read about Odd Bob the clown. Also inside the magazine;
