Filming for Doctor Who series five continued today despite the snowy conditions. The filming took place at the Roald Dahl Plas in Cardiff where Torchwood is set. According to reports, the Millennium Center is acting as The Louvre in France, and that this is the story based around Vincent Van Gogh, the famous Dutch artist.
