A character list naming and describing three new characters who will appear as regulars in Torchwood series 4, has appeared online. At the moment it is unknown if this is real or not, but lots of people are suggesting it’s genuine.

Rex Matheson is a CIA agent in his late 20s, he’s fast, sharp, smart, clever, and sometimes ruthless. He’s got a lethal sense of humour.

Esther Katusi is a Watch Analyst at the CIA in her early 20s, who’s determined to better herself.

Oswald Jones is a convicted murderer and pedophile is his late 40s, and he’s a dangerously clever man who becomes a media celebrity.
