"I'm a broken woman by the end of it, like a wimp. Before doing Torchwood, especially this year, I will train three hours a day, four days a week so not to lose weight or change shape or how I look. And to make sure I have the stamina to play Gwen Cooper and not to get any injuries. Because if I get injured, nobody cares. I'll still have to come in the next day and run for six hours with a broken leg."
