The soon to be head writer Steven Moffat has revealed that has no intention of bringing back Rose Tyler as long as he is the head writer, according to the Sun. Apparently he called Rose Tyler too "needy" at the San Diego Comic Con. He has not actually officially confirmed this. Please note these are just rumours and may or may not be true.
