A Radio Times Doctor Who themed cover has been nominated as one of the best magazine covers of all time. Other covers that were nominated include Diana, Princess of Wales on Vogue, a two-fingered salute on the front of Time Out and "Posh and Becks'" wedding on the cover of OK.
