Filming for episode 4 of Doctor Who series 7 took place in Penarth, Cardiff this week, where Matt Smith, Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill were spotted shooting scenes inside a house. UNIT soldiers were seen on set which marks the organisations first appearance since the 10th Doctor story "Planet of the Dead". They were most recently seen in The Sarah Jane Adventures story "Death of the Doctor", and before that in "Torchwood: Children of Earth". See some pictures from filming below thanks to Gallifrey Base user 'Mugim0e'.
According to sources the episode is currently titled "Cubed". In the latest issue of Doctor Who Magazine, on sale today, executive producer Caroline Skinner describes the episode, which is written by Chris Chibnall, as a "massive rollercoaster ride of a sci-fi story." She goes on to say that "it's all about Amy and Rory's relationship - full of warmth, love and a celebration of their time on the show. But don't be fooled, Chris Chibnall will scare you to bits with this episode!"
