Noel Clarke Up for Bafta

Noel Clarke, the actor, the writer and the director who played Mickey Smith in Doctor Who has been nominated for the Bafta Rising Star Award. Noel also wrote the Torchwood series 1 episode Combat and he has been recognised in the category for the work he has done on the films Kidulthood and Adulthood. Clarke is up against Toby Keppell, Rebecca Hall, Michael Fassbender and Michael Cera for the prize. The winner will be decided by an online public vote, and it will be announced at the BAFTA Film Awards ceremony in London on February 8th. Click here to vote for Noel online.
