Torchwood filming is on-going in Wales, and this week some scenes were filmed in Cardiff Bay, the place where Torchwood all began! Scenes shot involved John Barrowman, Eve Myles, Kai Owen, and Mekhi Phifer who plays a CIA agent. Check out some photos in this post thanks to SFX.
