In the latest issue of Doctor Who Magazine, Steven Moffat has confirmed episode changes. He told Doctor Who Magazine that an episode written by Mark Gatiss will be moving to the second half of the series, although originally planned for the third episode of part one.

The slot will now be filled with an episode written by Steve Thompson, who recently wrote The Blind Baker for Moffat's series Sherlock. His episode will replace Gatiss's episode moving Neil Gaiman’s script up to episode four.

Doctor Who, Series 6, Part One will air this spring, whilst Part Two will be shown in Autumn.
