Information has been released of the returning guest for the special Proms Cutaway scene which will be shown as part of the Doctor Who BBC Proms which is presented by Freema Agyeman and will be on July 27th. The returning guest is the Graske (highlight to reveal). The Proms Cutaway scene hasn't yet been announced to air on television, but the Doctor Who Proms will be on live on BBC Radio 3 from 11am - 1pm on July 27th.
