Ever since Jack and Alonso met in The End of Time, rumours have been flying around about Russell Tovey’s character Alonso joining the Torchwood team. In the new Doctor Who Magazine issue, John Barrowman told the mag; "What I'd love, what I think would be great, is if Midshipman Frame became Jack's companion in Torchwood. He's the perfect companion for Jack. It'd be like Batman and Robin. Of course I'm Batman. He's Robin." The two actors apparently have great chemistry on set, you can watch the clip of Jack and Alonso below. Torchwoods fourth series is entering production soon.
