Unofficial figures show that the final episode of Doctor Who Series Four, Journey's End, was watched by 9.4 million viewers, which gave it a 45.9% share of the total television audience. Doctor Who was the highest rated show on Saturday, and it is currently the highest rated programme of the week. Final viewing figures will be released in 10 days time.
